SPYDERCO
Endura® 4 Zome Orange HAP40/SUS410

The blade of this Endura 4 lightweight is crafted from HAP40 and SUS410 steels. HAP40 is a high-speed tool steel produced by the powder metallurgy process. To provide increased strength and corrosion resistance, the HAP40 core that forms the cutting edge is flanked by layers of SUS410 martensitic stainless steel. Zome (pronounced “zoh-may”) is a class of traditional Japanese handicrafts that focuses on dyeing textiles. Inspired by this rich cultural and artistic heritage, the injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles of Spyderco’s Zome knives are molded in a light base color and then individually hand-dyed by expert Japanese artisans. spyderco.com
