Field Strip:

The delinker is removed by pulling this pin
and lifted up and to the rear
Inspect chambers to ensure it is unloaded
Remove pin to open door and access bolts
View with cover open
Cover and bolt guide removed
Remove nut on top of bolt track
Remove bolt track

Bolts are pulled to rear and lifted out
Military nut on left, and Dillon’s hot turbine nut on right
Remove these three screws
and remove motor from gear
Barrel clamp assembly
Remove barrel clamp bolt
Barrel support removed from front. This may require a mallet
Each barrel must be rotated 180 degrees and removed from front
Barrel being removed
Stripped receiver assembly and rotor
Feed guide is removed with 1 screw. Push in toward rotor, away from gear, and strait out from receiver
End plate and clutch removed with 3 screws
Rotor end is now free
Rotor is removed from housing

Markings on new gun manufactured by Dillon
Clutch system used on Dillon Mini-Guns ends waste of ammo when cycling to clear
Original guide on left, and snail type SLAP guide used in Dillon gun on right
2 piece bolt assembly. Pin is pulled up to release front assembly
